NOW ON TICKETONE THE LAST 100 TICKETS FOR CURE'S ONLY ITALIAN SHOW

One hundred numbered stalls seats (€60 + prev), for the concert to be held by CURE on Saturday 20 August at the Teatro Antico in Taormina, have been released for saleafter final checks on the actual footprint of the mixer and stage.

The many fans who were left high and dry (the approximately 4500 tickets initially available sold out in just a few days), can find them from today Thursday 11 August on ticketone.co.uk or in Ticketone pre-sales outlets throughout Italy.

Meanwhile, Robert Smith, leader of CURE, has announced the release of a band's new album in spring 2006. He did so from the stage of the Benicassim Festival in Spain (photo), where The Cure made their debut for the first of these nine European concerts with the new four-man line-up: in addition to Smith (vocals and guitar), Simon Gallup (bass), Porl Thompson (historic guitarist, who had just returned to the band), Jason Cooper (drums).

On the setlist are songs like Lullaby, Fascination Street, Disintegration, One Hundred Year, Boys Don't Cry and others that the Cure, as always, decide to play at the last minute.
