FOR THE FIRST TIME A LOTTERY TO ACCESS THE PIT UNDER THE STAGE! HERE IS THE DEFINITIVE DECALOGUE
For the first time, it will be a democratic draw to decide the order of access to the pit, the area of lawn closest to the stage, on the occasion of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's 'Wrecking Ball Tour', in Italy for three concerts, on 7 June at the San Siro Stadium in Milan, on the 10th at the Stadio Franchi in Florence and on the 11th at the Stadio Nereo Rocco in Trieste.
With just a few days to go before the start of the European tour of 'Wrecking Ball', which started in Seville on 13 May, the decalogue for that which is a well-established procedure in the United States, is being carried out for the first time in Europe in the American way: on the day of the show, fans in possession of a PRATO ticket will be handed out from 8 a.m. onwards numbered wristbands, up to a maximum of 1,500 per show. At 12.30 p.m. a draw will take place for the number that will indicate irrefutably the order of access to the pit.
The procedure will give all lottery participants have the same percentage chance of gaining access to the area closest to the pit. In an attempt not to make entry to the pit discriminatory for anyone, the organisers foresee that, ONCE THE FIRST ONE THOUSAND FIFTY PEOPLE ARE ENTERED INTO THE PIT, OTHER PIT TICKET POSSESSORS MAY ENTER SECOND THE PIT CAPACITY, which will be different for each concert.
The details of the operation follow:
1. On the day of the show, holders of a valid ticket for the PRATO sector will receive a numbered wristband from 8.00 a.m. onwards (1500 wristbands will be distributed to participate in the lottery). The distribution is carried out by 'Wrecking Ball Tour' staff, only at a designated gate, appropriately signposted in each stadium and in the information material distributed for each concert.
2. The numbered wristband is only given to persons physically present and in possession of a valid ticket for access to the lawn, and only in the amount of 1 coupon per 1 ticket.
3. Whoever receives a numbered wristband has the same chance to enter the stadium and thus the pit first. The numbered wristband guarantees access to the pit. Those who do not receive a numbered wristband will have access to the pit while places last, entering through the general entrance gates of the Prato.
4. at 12.30 p.m. 1 NUMBER will be drawn to establish the order of access to the Prato: for example, if the number 130 were drawn, the holder of coupon 130 would be the first to enter, followed by 131, 132 and so on up to the number 1500 and then from No. 1 up to 129. The number drawn will be announced by megaphone to all those present at the gate.
5. At the time of the draw, numbered ticket holders must be present and ready to enter the stadium. This means that they must not be in possession of any blunt objects or objects that cannot be brought into the stadium, such as cameras, cameras, bottles....In case of doubt, we invite the public to check with the personnel in charge before the draw.
6. At 1 p.m., with the support of the staff, participants with numbered bracelets will line up in the order established by the draw.
7. At 2 p.m. the winners, with Prato ticket in hand, will be let in in the established order
8. Participation in the draw is not compulsory for any Prato ticket holder, who may decide to enter the general PRATO area, for which they have purchased a ticket.
