Dj Fastcut will take his new album on tour Dead Poets III in the company of many guests. The tour will also pass through Milansince Magnolia Club, Thursday 21 April at the Magnolia in Milan. Among them, Mattak who will present his album Reproduction prohibited.
In the new album Dead Poets III by Dj Fastcutout for Glory Hole Recordsthe artist has returned to summon extinct poets. To regulars of the saga such as the Dead Poets 2.0 - Relief, Mattak, Wiser, Funky Nano - or even William Pascal, Moder, KentoIn addition, there are top-level new entries such as: Frankie Hi-NRG - who is in charge of the introduction -, Caparezza, Clementino, Tormento, Roy Paci and others. The work of Dj Fastcut as a conductor, he remains attached to the classical sounds that have marked the history of hip hop, but with a non-nostalgic approach. The instrumentals of Dead Poets III do not look to the past, but interpret a timeless sound in a modern key. It does so - and its guests do so - with varied declinations and stylistic matrices, without precluding experimentation, without being afraid to step out of their comfort zones.
Roman DJ and producer, born in 1986, Dj Fastcut approached hip hop from a very young age and in 2005 joined Sgravo and Master Joke in the group Carbonara Team. Since 2005 they have been performing on all kinds of stages, bringing their first work live as Carbonara Team, All at 90. In 2007 they won the selections of theHunderground Skillz and earn the right to play on one of the most important stages in Italy, that of the From Bomb. Shortly afterwards they signed their first contract with the Street Label Recordsfor which they produce in 2008 Burnt Youth. A few months later MasterJoke left the group and Sgravo & Dj Fastcut were absorbed by the Tenantswith whom they released in 2009 the mixtape Russian Roulette and in 2010 the album Four. In 2011 Sgravo & Dj Fastcut left the Tenants to find their own identity and in the following years released Luna Pork, Wild state e Lovell House Pt.1 (the last two under the new pseudonym of Guastaf3st3). In 2015 they signed for the Glory Hole Records and release Lovell House Pt.2. In 2016 he made Dead PoetsThe project was particularly popular in the underground, with as many as 30 rappers joining the project. In 2018, two years later, he released Dead Poets IIThe second chapter saw the light of day in the form of a double album, with 60 artists involved. The following year, he produced Magic Boulevardthe debut album from Wiser Keegan, e Hard Poetsthe project of Virux e Kappa O. In 2021 he returns with Dead Poets III.
