Barley Arts regrets to announce that Andy McKee's date scheduled for next Thursday 7 November 2019 at Social Theatre by Sondrio was deleted as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

The dates for Monday 4 November 2019 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica by Rome and for Wednesday 6 November 2019 at the OFF in Modena to access which is STOFF card required. Tickets for the two dates are available respectively on the circuits Ticketone e Mailticket.

Below is how to apply for reimbursement for the Sondrio date:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of sale: refunds can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 12 November 2019 (postmark) to TicketOne S.p.A., Via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
• Tickets purchased on Vivaticket (site): the customer must request a refund by filling in the form https://www.vivaticket.it/ita/rimborso no later than 12 November 2019.

The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 12 November 2019 at the latest.
