CURRENT SWELL - Milan | CANCELLED!

We regret to inform you that the concert of Current Swell scheduled for Thursday 20 February 2020 at Menagerie by Milan is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, along with two other shows on the European tour. Below is the trio's official statement:

"Unfortunately we have to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances we are forced to cut the last three dates of our European tour: Milan, Barcelona and Madrid. We were really excited about our first tour in Italy and Spain but duty calls us back home and we will have to wait until next time. Our sincerest apologies go out to those who bought tickets or were planning to come to the shows. We hope to see you soon!".

Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of sale: refunds can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than 28 February 2020 (postmarked) to TicketOne S.p.A., Via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
• Tickets purchased on Vivaticket (site): the customer must request a refund by filling in the form https://www.vivaticket.it/ita/rimborso no later than 28 February 2020.

The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 28 February 2020 at the latest.
