After the announcement of the suspension of the 2021 tour of the Dead Can Dance Due to the continuing situation following the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the new Italian dates are now official., originally scheduled for Friday 2 and Saturday 3 April this year at the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan: the concerts will be held Friday 27 and Saturday 28 May 2022 at the Gran Teatro Geox in Padua.
As previously announced, the tickets already issued will be valid for access to the two new concertsand, as far as possible, on the same day and in the same position. For example, anyone who bought a ticket in the Poltronissima sector for the concert on Friday 2 April 2021 will be able to access the concert on Friday 27 May 2022 and will be relocated to the same sector as the original ticket and in a position as similar as possible to the one previously chosen. It will not be possible to change the day or choose a different seat from the one assigned by the ticket office.
For tickets bought online, the communication of new posts will be made by e-mail by 17 October 2021 to the address registered on the ticketing circuit from which the purchase was made; only those who bought their tickets at a point of sale should write an email to the following address to find out about the new location [email protected] by attaching a scan of the original ticket and you will be notified of the new seats allocated according to the same terms as above.
If you are unable to attend the concert, you can apply for refund through the form on the website of the ticketing network that originally issued the ticket by 17 October 2021 at the latest. Alternatively, you can choose to resell your ticket via the fan-to-fan platform of the ticketing circuit from which the purchase was made.
Le sales of nominal tickets for new dates will open on 25 October 2021 on the official circuits Ticketmaster, Ticketone e Vivaticket. The deadlines for changing names will be announced at a later date.
