We regret to inform you that the concert of the Home Free scheduled for Thursday 12 March at Serraglio in Milan è cancelled. Below is the band's statement.

We are disappointed to share this news, but due to current travel restrictions, we unfortunately have to cancel our upcoming show in Milan on March 12. Please know the last thing we ever want to do is miss out on time with you... But we promise to make it up to you in the future. Refunds are available at the point of purchase.

We WILL be back, and we can't wait to see you soon!

Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of sale: refunds can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone or Vivaticket (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 30 June 2020 (postmark) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).

The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 30 June 2020 at the latest.
