We regret to inform you that due to the continuing situation arising from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the only Italian stage of theEcho Echo Tour by IAMX which was to be held at the Spazio Teatro 89, Milan - initially scheduled for last spring in Santeria Toscana 31, then moved to October and finally to April 2021 - is definitively cancelled.

The deadlines for reimbursement requests are set strictly by 31 March 2021 at the latest.

Below are the procedures to be followed for refunds:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone point of sale: fill in the dedicated form on the Ticketone website.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre): fill in the dedicated form on the Ticketone website.
• Tickets purchased on Vivaticket (site): fill in the dedicated form on the Vivaticket website.
