The summer of JOE BASTIANICH & THE THIRD CLASS will start with the release of their first jointly recorded album next June, preceded a few weeks earlier by a single, and then continuing with a long tour that will touch the entire peninsula throughout the summer. "The Restaurant Man" and the Neapolitan band are ready to make people dance with a torrid and powerful bluegrass concert.
JOE BASTIANICH & THE THIRD CLASS
The project is the result of a meeting between the "Restaurant Man" and La Terza Classe, which he met during the "On the road" programme made for Sky Arte in 2013 and hosted by Bastianich himself.
Joe's great passion for American rock, blues, soul and folk music and the immediate empathy that was created gave rise to a collaboration between him and the Neapolitan band, one of the few Italian musical entities that has been researching and composing music inspired by American folk music since its inception.
The artistic partnership between the two projects becomes concrete in 2021 thanks to the collaboration with the booking agency Barley Arts, which organizes a summer tour and a winter tour around the boot in some of the most important Italian venues and the realization, in December 2021, of a single, "This good man", written by Joe and arranged in bluegrass version by La Terza Classe;
This Good Man is also a video, recorded live in the studio:

Now, after weeks spent in the studio writing and arranging new tracks, Joe Bastianich & La Terza Classe's first unreleased album, produced by Soundinside Records, is scheduled for release in the summer of 2022.
