Barley Arts is sorry to announce that the Italian date of Mikey Mike, scheduled for next Tuesday 25 September 2019 at Circolo Ohibò by Milan, was deleted as a result of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control.

Below is how to apply for reimbursement:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of sale: The refund can be claimed at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the venue: the refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 7 October 2019 (date of postmark) to the following address TicketOne S.p.A., Via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
• Tickets purchased on Vivaticket (site): the customer must request reimbursement by filling in the form https://www.vivaticket.it/ita/rimborso no later than 7 October 2019.

The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 7 October 2019 at the latest.
