Friday 9 February at FNAC Milan (Via Torino), Loreena McKennitt meets his fans in anticipation of the 4 Italian dates in theatres to be held by the Canadian artist between 20 and 23 March.
LOREENA McKENNITT presents her new album 'An Ancient Muse', the seventh studio release, the latest volume of a project that she describes as 'a musical travelogue', as was the previous one The Book of Secrets (inspired by Dante's work).
This time the journey, of Homeric inspiration (it recalls the Odyssey), takes her in search of the more oriental paths of the Celts, whose history and tradition have always been at the heart of the artist's musical research.
