The band comments: 'It has been two years since we started promoting our new album with the release of the single Proud Woman and the pandemic stopped all our live activities. We are looking forward to finally being able to play live the pieces that make up Holy Moly! and celebrate the power of music together with you. Music is a universal language of peace and love - something we really need. We look forward to meeting you. Peace!"
Known for their charismatic performances, the rock quartet the Blues Pills quickly achieved international success, starting from the stages of dirty, crowded bars and ending up on the stages of Europe's biggest festivals such as Download, Rock am Ring, Wacken Open Air e Roskilde. Their debut album immediately hit the European charts and was the second, Lady in Goldenreplicated the great success. I Blues Pills are a heavy dose of pure rock power: with hundreds of thousands of albums sold and one of the most popular rock vocalists of the moment, the band is here to stay.
Beneath the layers of psychedelic blues rock and the powerful voice of Elin Larssonoften compared to that of Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse e Adelethe core of the Blues Pills has always been that of a constant search for change. Change in the human mind and in the musical influences in which they have recognised themselves from time to time, from black soul to forays into 1960s rock music to the Devil's blues.
