After four years of absence as headliners from Italian stages, the Deftones return with a new album and a new show: the date, not to be missed, is for Tuesday 7 June 2016 at Live Club in Trezzo sull'Adda (MI). Tickets will be available on the Ticketone circuit starting from 11 a.m. on Monday 15 February.
From the outset the DeftonesThe multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning band from Sacramento, Sacramento, has created songs in which rage and sonic power are mixed with psychedelic, shoegaze-like elements in an unprecedented way. The Los Angeles Times wrote: "Hard rock is nourished by conflict and chaos, and there is no band that has created a better mix of aggression and beauty than the Deftones".
Chino Moreno and partners have seven albums to their credit that have sold more than 10 million copies worldwide, and are preparing to launch "Gore" (Warner Bros. Records)scheduled to be published on 8 April. For the production work, the Deftones they were joined by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed, Porno For Pyros), and Moreno described the new effort as their best album. "Gore" is anticipated by the single "Prayers/Triangleswhich, in just a few days, totalled over half a million streams on YouTube.
