Because of the consequences of the abandonment by Living Colour, Glenn Hughes had no choice but to cancel all planned dates in the UK and Europe. Stages scheduled for Saturday 26 November at Zona Roveri in Bologna and Tuesday 29 November at Bloom in Mezzago (MB) are therefore CANCELLED. Glenn Hughes hopes to return to play in the UK and Europe as soon as possible.
Buyers can request the refund of the ticket already purchased for the Bologna concert no later than Sunday 11 December. Those who had already purchased a ticket for the date at Bloom of Mezzago (MB) or for the previously scheduled Live in Trezzo sull'Adda (MI) can choose to exchange it at the box office for a second seat ticket for Tarja's concert scheduled for the same evening, Tuesday 29 November, at the Teatro della Luna in Assago (MI) at no extra charge, or request a refund no later than Sunday 11 December.
Below is how to apply for reimbursement:
- Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of sale: refunds can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than Sunday 11 December (the postmark will be taken as proof) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Divisione Commercio Elettronico).
