Two years after their last tour in our country, the Archive will stop in Italy to celebrate their first 25 years of activity with their fans. The dates to mark in your calendar are for Monday 2 December 2019 at Zona Roveri, Bologna (admission reserved for AICS card holders), Tuesday 3 December at the Sala Sinopoli of the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome e Wednesday 4 December to theAlcatraz, Milan. Tickets will be available from from 10 a.m. on Friday 1 February on circuits Vivaticket e Ticketone (online and point of sale). Beware of unofficial circuits!
The Archive are a British collective born in 1994 in London from an idea of Darius Keeler e Danny Griffithswhich includes, in addition to the two founders, individual artists such as Pollard Berrier, Rosko John, Dave Pen, Maria Q, Holly Martin, Steve Harris, Jonathan Noyce, Steve 'The Menace' Davis, Steve 'Smiley' Barnard e Mickey Hurcombe. The band, which has 12 studio albums to its credit, debuted with Londinium (Island Records)a mix of progressive rock, trip-hop and electronics which immediately defined them as a counter-trend project. This year the Archive celebrate their anniversary with an incredible tour and the release of a special box set on 10 May, 25 (Pias), containing 43 of their best tracks on 6 CDs and 8 previously unreleased tracks, including the single Remains Of Nothing realised with the Band Of Skulls.
