The Australians Hermitude are sorry to announce theCANCELLATION of the only Italian date scheduled for Thursday 31 March 2016 at Locomotiv Club in Bolognadue to circumstances beyond their control.
If you have already bought your ticket, you can request a replacement. refund in the following manner:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale TicketoneThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier service: the customer must send the tickets by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 28 February 2016 (date of postmark) to the following address TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
Deadlines for reimbursement requests are set strictly by 15 April 2016 at the latest.
