HANNI EL KHATIB for the first time in Italy in MILAN

Five years after their debut album, Hanni El Khatib comes to Italy for the first time to present the new album 'Moonlight"(Innovative Leisure) released last January. Unique date in Italy Monday 29 June 2015 at Circolo Magnolia in Segrate (MI). Tickets are available on the Ticketone circuit and soon in shops Vivaticket.

Born in America to a Palestinian father and Filipino mother, Hanni El Khatib is the former creative director of HUFHe left the company in 2010 to debut on the Innovative Leisure label as a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with an original sound that mixes blues, folk and garage rock in "written for anyone who has ever been hit by a train.". The following year he opened concerts by Florence + The Machine and debuted with his first album, 'Will The Guns Come Out' (Innovative Leisure, 2011), which drew comparisons to Devendra Banhart, Jon Spencer and The White Stripes and led to an extensive tour that included appearances at major international festivals such as SXSW and Bonnaroo. The second album, "Head In The Dirt"(Innovative Leisure, 2013), with the collaboration of Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys, which refines the sound but manages to keep intact the eclectic nature, reconfirmed by the latest work "Moonlight" (Innovative Leisure) released on 19 January last with excellent feedback from international critics.
