Winners of two Grammy Awards, the Pentatonix will return to Italy, after last year's sold-out concert at Fabrique in Milan, for two dates dedicated to 'a cappella' vocal music Saturday 18 June to theAtlantico Live in Rome e Sunday 19 June to theAlcatraz, Milan. For both concerts, tickets will be available on the circuit Ticketone as of 11 o'clock by Friday 4 March.
After the release on 16 October of Pentatonix, the eponymous, debut studio album, the quintet is preparing to embark on a world tour in April, during which they will visit all the most important cities and locations. The unmistakable style of Pentatonix is actually the synthesis of the different influences of the five members of the group, who are able to create a complete musical harmony with just the help of their voices and a few snaps of their fingers. They draw on pop, but also reggae, hip hop, classical music and even dubstep to give life to their arrangements: covers, medleys, mash-ups, but also original songs.
Since their emergence on the music scene in 2011, the Pentatonix have achieved one success after another: they have sold 2.8 million copies only in the United States and won 2 Grammy Awards. The latest album, Pentatonix debuted in first place in the Billboard Top 200 Albums and the first single, Can't Sleep Love, has already achieved more than 14 million views on YouTube.
