The British singer-songwriter James Morrison will soon be in Italy, Sunday 7 July for the concert series Tener-a-mind at the evocative location of theVittoriale Amphitheatre by Gardone Riviera (BS). Tickets are available at Ticketone.
Marlon Williams, who passed through our country a year ago to open for The White Buffalo's sensational concert at Circolo Magnolia, will be the supporting artist on this date at Lake Garda. Originally from New Zealand, has a soul-stirring vocal timbre and one of the warmest voices of her generation. Her first self-titled album was a huge success, but the confirmation of her talent comes with her second record, Make Way For Love (Dead Oceans, 2018)an album inspired by the bluegrass and from the traditional folk of oceanic territory.
James Morrison is back, four years after his last recording, with a new album released on 8 March entitled You're Stronger Than You Know (Stanley Park Records, 2019). The disc contains 12 original tracks, including the single Feels Like The First Time, whose video reached 250,000 views on YouTube, and My Love Goes On, written and performed together with Joss Stone. Morrisonmade his mark on the music scene more than ten years ago when he made himself known in 2006 with one of his strongest hits ever, You Give Me Something from his debut album Undiscovered (Universal Music, 2006), which earned him a victory in the category Best Male at Brit Award 2007 at only 21 years of age. His winning format has been in place ever since, full soul voice, hoarse and scratchy accompanied by acoustic guitar, became a model for musicians who were inspired by his music, such as James Bay, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran and George Ezra.
After selling more than four million copies of his first albums and four tours around the world that collected dozens of shows sold out, including the one atHyde Park by London, James Morrison returns with his new music, in Africa, the UK and Switzerland before coming to Italy.
