On 10 and 12 October, Jo Hamilton will stop in Italy for two dates: first in Rome at the Auditorium Parco della Musica and then at the Salumeria della Musica in Milan.
The growth of this young artist, who ranges from Celtic-style folk to Anglo-Saxon songwriting in which all her cultural influences live on, is impressive.
His album 'Gown' received rave reviews from media outlets such as Mojo, The Independent, The Guardian, Uncut and Rock & Reel.
Jo Hamilton was born in Scotland to parents of Kenyan and Jamaican descent, and then lived as a nomad for the first years of his life, travelling from Turkey to Sri Lanka.
Today Jo has settled in London where she writes and records her own music, a mixture of the sounds that have accompanied her on her travels.
