The concert by Joe Satriani on 20 July as part of IRIDE Fraschini Music Festival was interrupted after the performance of the first songs due to a storm that threatened and then compromised the safety of the facilities. Despite the desire of the artist and the organisers to resume the show, after a long break at 11 p.m., it was finally called off.
As reported on the Festival website (here), in case of interruption of one show already started, there is no refund of the ticket.
However, understanding the strong discomfort of the public and sharing their disappointment, the management of IRIDE immediately took steps to define a supplementary option in favour of all those who had purchased the ticket, who will be able to attend Joe Satriani's concert for free on the geographically closest date, Paduaset for Sunday 22 July at 21.30at the Geox Grand Theatre.
To exercise this option, it is necessary and sufficient hand in your ticket at the cashier's desk of Satriani's concert at the Castello Visconteo in Pavia, intact and well readable.
Alternatively, it will be possible to attend the next IRIDE concert free of charge, with Goran Bregovicon the stage of the Castello Visconteo Wednesday 25 July (subject to availability; bookings on 391.1180995).
