Joe Satriani's new album will be released in May, once again for Sony, and immediately the six-string virtuoso will be on stages all over the world with his new songs and classics that have made the instrument's history. Six dates have been confirmed in Italy: 26 May at the Velvet in Rimini, 28 at the Palapartenope in Naples, 29 at the Atlantico Live in Rome, then 30 at the Live Club in Trezzo, 31 at the Geox Theatre in Padua and the grand finale on 1 June at the Obihall in Florence.

'Black Swans and Wormhole Wizards', Joe Satriani's 14th and final album, was released in 2010, followed by 'Live in Montreal' in 2012, a DVD also released in cinemas.
With his multiple solo albums he has achieved two platinum and four gold discs with 15 Grammy nominations.
