Barley Arts is sorry to announce that the only Italian date of Jonathan Wilsonscheduled for today, Tuesday 31 May 2016 at the Parco Tittoni in Desio (MB) within the framework of the Hello Folks Sessions, was deleted due to bad weather preventing the smooth running of the concert.
Those who have already bought tickets for the concert can request their refund in the following manner:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale Ticketone or VivaticketThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier service: the customer must send the tickets by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 14 June 2016 (date of postmark) to the following address TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
The deadline for claiming reimbursement is 14 June 2016 at the latest.
