Born in 2010 from the partnership between Susan Tedeschi e Derek Trucksthe Tedeschi Trucks Band reached the US Top 20 with the first two albums 'Revelator' (2011winner of a Grammy Award such as Best blues album 2012) e 'Made Up Mind' (2013). The project, in which historical collaborators of the two guitarists participate, skilfully blends rhythm & blues, country, rock and Memphis soul and has won TTB the admiration and respect of audiences and critics worldwide.
'Let Me Get By' is the first album signed by Derek Trucks after the dissolution of the Allman Brothers, a line-up in which he played for fifteen years. "That's what I hear in the music of the new album - the feeling that we are giving 100% the potential of the band, without looking back, each one contrinuing to the best of their ability," says Trucks himself. Recorded at Swamp Raga Studios, the band's home studio in Jacksonville, Florida, 'Let Me Get By' is a leap forward from an artistic point of view. The twelve elements that make up the ensemble have each contributed in their own way to the variety of situations and the richness of the sound texture of the ten pieces that make up the album. The line-up finds its natural habitat on stage, with over 200 shows around the world last year alone and a constantly expanding tour.
