As previously communicated, Little Steven and The Disciples of Soul will only be in Italy for the Milan leg, Tuesday 5 December at Alcatrazas the concerts of Padua e Rome are postponed until next summer, at a date to be determined, due to Stevie Van Zandt's television commitments.
Those who have already purchased tickets for the Padua and Rome stages on the official circuit Vivaticket can choose whether to ask for the refund no later than 1 January 2018or will have access to the Milan concert (standing room only) simply by showing up at the box office with the physical ticket or with a purchase receipt in case of collection at the venue for the concerts in Padua and Rome.
Here are the procedures for reimbursement:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made, on presentation of the ticket.
- Tickets purchased online: refunds can be requested at vivaticket.co.uk via the form in the section Cancellations and postponementsat the bottom of the homepage.
As a reminder, nominal admission tickets for the show Milan are still available exclusively on the official circuit Vivaticket (online and point of sale). Be wary of unofficial sales channels.
For all three concerts, it will be possible to change names by clicking on http://www.vivaticket.it/ita/changeuser and following the instructions; you can one name change per ticket e only during the time period communicated by the organiseror Monday 27 November to Monday 4 December.
Access to the concert may be denied in the absence of a valid identity document (ID card, driving licence or passport.
