LUCINDA WILLIAMS finally back in Italy for a show in Milan in January!

The highly acclaimed singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams finally returns to Italy for a single occasion: Tuesday 10 January 2023 at the Giorgio Gaber Opera House in Milan. I tickets for the show will be available on Ticketone at 10 a.m. on Friday 8 July.

With a career spanning over forty years, 14 studio albums, numerous awards and accolades - including three Grammy Awards - and uncompromising artistic integrity, at 69 years of age Lucinda Williams shows no signs of slowing down. His 2020 album Good Souls Better Angels is his boldest and most visceral work ever. Rolling Stone USA rated the album with 4 stars, calling it 'his best LP since Car Wheels On A Gravel Road of 1998'. The Williams was featured in articles in The New York Times, Billboard USA, Los Angeles Times, Huffington Post and many others. "It is the closing of a circle," says the Williams about her latest album. The Louisiana-born artist has returned to her gritty blues roots, from which she started in the late 1970s. After spending 2018 touring to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Car Wheels On A Gravel Roadthe singer-songwriter reunited as co-producer of that same album, Ray Kennedy, to register Good Souls Better Angels in her Nashville studios, along with the line-up that accompanies her on stages around the world.
