As anticipated at the time of the announcement, when introducing the nominal ticket for their concerts, Barley Arts Promotion would like to ensure that those who are unable to attend can transfer their ticket to another person so that they can attend the performance. To do so, please follow the procedure described below.
Regardless of the circuit on which the ticket was purchased, only one change of name per ticket will be possible e only during the time period communicated by the organiser (always close to the event). In the case of the two Italian concerts of the MadnessSpecifically, the change of name will be possible from Monday 2 October to Sunday 15 October.
For tickets purchased through Ticketone (both website and sales outlets) you will need to access the www.barleyarts.com and click on the section Name change, active as of 2 October. At this point, you must select the event from the drop-down menu and fill in the form in all its partswithout forgetting the order number.

To gain access to the concert, you will need to present your original ticket, your ID and the change of name receipt, which will be emailed to you once your request has been confirmed.
Access may be denied in the absence of a valid identity document (identity card, driving licence or passport).
