MICHAEL FRANTI & SPEARHEAD, one-off date in Italy on 15 October!

After several years of absence from the stages of our country, the socially committed singer-songwriter Michael Franti arrives in Italy with the Spearhead for a one-off date Thursday 15 October at Alcatraz in Milan. I tickets will be available on the circuits Ticketmaster, Ticketone e Vivaticket from 10 a.m. on Friday 7 February.

Michael Franti is a musician, philanthropist, film-maker and activist recognised as a trailblazer in the music industry. Franti He believes that there is a fierce battle going on in today's world between cynicism and optimism, which is why he composed his latest work, Stay Human Vol. II - his biggest recording success to date - to remind himself and all who listen that there is still something good in the world, and it is right to fight to defend it. The tracks of Stay Human Vol. II are inspired by Franti's new documentary Stay Humanwhich was released last January and has collected several awards at film festivals around the world. During his 30-year career, Franti has topped the charts around the world many times with optimistic hits such as Sound of Sunshine e Say Hey (I Love You). Currently Michael is the owner of Soulshine Bali, the main yoga retreat on the island of Bali; he also founded with his wife Sara Agah Franti Do It For The Love, an organisation that provides concerts around the world for terminally ill patients, war veterans and children facing health problems. To date, the association has granted more than two thousand wishes!
