In compliance with Law Decree no. 34 of 19 May 2020, converted with amendments by Law no. 77 of 17 July 2020, and having clarified the terms of its application, below are the instructions for monetary refund requests relating to tickets for the concert of Mika scheduled for Monday 10 August 2020 at the Arena di Verona.
To obtain monetary reimbursement it is essential to have applied for the voucher by the deadline communicated at the time of cancellation and that this voucher has not been used even partially.
Requests for the conversion of the voucher into a monetary reimbursement may be submitted to the ticketing circuit that issued the ticket up to Sunday 18 OctoberAlternatively, vouchers requested within the deadline can be used for other Barley Arts events held within 18 months of their issue. The first refunds have already started.
