MIKA, the 10 July concert at Umbria Jazz is SOLD OUT!!!

This summer, pop star MIKA will tread some of Italy's most prestigious stages to present his greatest hits livewith the skills of entertainer and showman that have always distinguished him. The date scheduled for 10 July at the Umbria Jazz in Perugia is officially sold out.

On tour for more than a year between Europe, Asia and America, after last year's sold-out shows in Rome, Milan and Florence, Mika returns to Italy to meet his large audience singing all his greatest hits, now so many, of an artist with an ever-rising career (from 'Grace Kelly" a "Stardust", from "Relax" a "Good Guys", from "Beautiful Disaster" a "Underwater", "Love Today", "Staring At The Sun", "Lollipop", "Bum Bum Bum", "We are Golden", "Happy Ending"...). The completely live show is made unique by Mika's extraordinary skills as an entertainer and stage animal, who never spares himself on stage and is in constant synergy with the audience and his tight-knit band.

After the double platinum success of the hit "Beautiful Disaster" (with Fedez), Mika's current single is 'Hurts (remix)', extracted from his album 'No Place In Heaven". "Hurts" deals with the wounds that words can leave and is part of the soundtrack of "A kiss"Ivan Cotroneo's film. These days also see the worldwide release of "Pop Symphony"DVD and CD testimony of the orchestral concert held in Como last autumn.

Mika began his career in 2007 with the single 'Grace Kelly', which remained at No. 1 in the UK charts for five weeks. With the celebrated 'Relax Take It Easy" and the other singles from his debut album, "Life In Cartoon Motion', Mika achieved total sales of 6 million and the album itself went straight to number 1 in the UK and 11 other countries, selling over 7 million copies worldwide. His second album 'The Boy Who Knew Too Much' (2009) confirmed its success, entering the top ten in more than 10 countries, also thanks to the hits 'We Are Golden" e "Rain". In 2011, Mika published 'Elle Me Dit"French-language single that stayed at the top of the charts in France for eight weeks.
