Motörhead, the most famous trio in British heavy music, led by one of the most charismatic figures in the music business of all time, is back: Lemmy.? The band will arriveà in Italy Tuesdayì 24 June 2014 on the stage of the'Milan Gallop Racecourse, in the'as part of the City Sound festival.
With the new Milan date, the Motörhead recover the one that was cancelled last June: a not-to-be-missed opportunity to see the line-up again three years after their last performance in our country.
"Lemmy is as fit as ever', stated the drummer Mikkey Dee during an interview with the Finnish channel Kaaos TV (bit.ly/1jAx60B). This is also evidenced by the band's great performance at the Coachella Festival and other American tour dates, as well as the decision to reissue the latest album as a special edition, 'Aftershock' (2013), with a CD of live recordings made during this year's concerts.
The band needs little introduction: they have written indelible pages of the most direct and fastest rock ever. "Ace of Spades, Overkill, Born to Raise Hell, Stone Dead Forever... are just some of the titles of the masterpieces that Lemmy has churned out in a career spanning almost forty years.
I Motörhead are by far the most recognised trainingsciences and awards in the world of hard rock, selling almost fifty million records, eighteen of them in the United States alone.?? The current line-up, stable since 1992, sees the undisputed leader Lemmy Kilmister on bass and vocals, Phil Campbell on guitar and Mikkey Dee on drums.
