With more than 20 dates in auditoriums, theatres, amphitheatres and prestigious open-air venues, yesterday, Monday 1 August, the presentation tour of "A sum of small things".
A successful tour, which sold out, and in which Niccolò Fabi once again highlighted his transversality, thrilling, entertaining and moving his audience with a show in which music is always at the centre.
An intimate concert, but only in appearance, which proves to be energetic, courageous and musically full, and which convinced audiences and critics alike. A more than two-hour journey that begins with songs from the new album and continues with some of the best-loved tracks from his entire 20-year repertoire.
After the great success so far, Niccolò will be on tour from December in the theatres of cities where he has not yet brought 'A sum of small things". Here are the first 10 dates so far confirmed of the new theatre tour, organised by Barley Arts and Ovest: 7 December in UDINE - Teatro Nuovo San Giovanni; 8 December to SCHIO (Vicenza) - Astra Theatre; 9 December in BELLUNO - Municipal Theatre; 17 December in SENIGALLIA (Ancona) - La Fenice Theatre; 18 December in SULMONA (L'Aquila) - Maria Caniglia Theatre; 22 December in FROSINONE - Nestor Theatre; 27 December in BARI - Petruzzelli Theatre; 3 February in BERGAMO - Creberg Theatre; 10 February in CAGLIARI - Conservatory Auditorium, 16 February in BIELLA - Odeon Theatre. Tickets for all dates will be available from next week on the Ticketone circuit and at the usual points of sale.
Also for these new concerts, Niccolò will involve singer-songwriter Alberto Bianco and his band, composed of multi-instrumentalists Damir Nefat, Filippo Cornaglia and Matteo Giai, on stage, because, as he says 'Music that supports other music and at the same time freedom and hope".
In autumn, Niccolò Fabi will also embark on a European tour for the first time in his career. “A sum of small things"an album with a very international sound compared to his previous productions, lends itself very much to meeting a European audience that has shown interest and a great deal of curiosity in this project.
In October and November 2016, in fact, the Roman singer-songwriter will be in concert in the European cities of Brussels, Amsterdam, Oxford, London, Paris, Luxembourg, Berlin, Munich, Vienna and Lugano. Available in all record shops, digital downloads and streaming platforms, "A sum of small things" (Universal Music) was realised by Niccolò Fabi in total autonomy.In fact, the singer-songwriter created and recorded the whole album in a country house, in the wake of his daily musical listening, in particular American folk songwriting. The 9-song album is the result of a very lucid, at times merciless, analysis of certain personal and collective emotional dynamics.
Singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Niccolò Fabi He has nine record projects behind him, one collection and numerous important artistic collaborations, the most recent of which was with his friends Max Gazzè and Daniele Silvestri. Over the years, he has also continued to work on the relationship between words and music, both in terms of performance at cultural events and in terms of training. He is currently a teacher at the Officina delle arti Pierpaolo Pasolini school.
Committed to social issues, the singer-songwriter continues to actively collaborate with the NGO Doctors with Africa - Cuamm and recently wrote the show "Sustainable music"It is aimed at understanding and disseminating environmental issues that are often forgotten.
