After more than two years unfortunately spent without being able to be together in a place where an artistic, musical, theatrical performance was held except with considerable limitations, we wish that the spectators of this wonderful concert would be well and be able to enjoy the moment they are going to experience without worries resulting from individual behaviour that would create collective consequences.

Any action deemed necessary to provide the highest level of security and the smooth running of the event will be taken.

After more than two years passed without being able to be together in a place where an artistic, musical, theatrical show took place - except with considerable limitations - we wish that the users of this wonderful concert are well and can enjoy the moment they will live without worries derived from individual behaviours that create collective consequences.

For this reason and in compliance with the laws in force, we ask you to read these rules carefully and responsibly.

Any necessary action will be taken in order to guarantee the top security level and smooth running of the event.

It is forbidden:

Introduce helmets (may be filed with the cloakroom for a fee within the location)
Introduce suitcases, trolley, bags and backpacks with a capacity greater than 10 litres. A cloakroom service is also available for backpacks and smaller bags for a fee within the venue
Introduce cans spray (mosquito repellents, deodorants, creams, sunscreens, etc.)
Introduce stadium trumpets
Introducing or possessing weapons, explosive material, pyrotechnic devices, smoke bombs, flares
Introduce stones, knives or other pointed or cutting objects
Introduce chains
Introduce pepper spray
Introduce alcoholic beverages of any strength
Introducing or possessing drugs, poisons, harmful substances, flammable material
Entering and remaining in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs
Introduce or sell within the facility beverages contained in cans, glass bottles, metal flasks o plastic bottles larger than 0.5 litre (only bottles not larger than 0.5 litre are permitted without cork)
Introduce animals of all kinds and sizes
Introduce selfie sticks and tripods
Introduce umbrellas and poles
Introduce musical instruments
Introduce pens and laser pointers
Introduce remote-controlled drones and aeroplanes
Introduce professional audio/video recording equipment, professional and semi-professional cameras, video cameras, Go-Pro, iPads and tablets, powerbanks
Introduce bicycles, skateboards, skates and overboards
Introduce tents and sleeping bags
Introduce all other offensive objects
Display material that obstructs the visibility of other spectators or interferes with emergency signs or otherwise obstructs escape routes to exits
Carrying out any kind of commercial activity that has not been authorised in advance, in writing, by the event organising company
Engaging in aggressive acts
Damaging or tampering with plant structures, infrastructure and services in any way
Climbing balustrades, parapets, partitions and other structures not intended for public use
Standing on access and escape routes and any other escape route
Any person in an obvious state of drunkenness and/or alteration or for any other legitimate reason will be barred from entering the concert, even if in possession of a valid ticket. Persons who find themselves in the same condition during the event, creating a disturbance or nuisance to those present, will be removed from the concert

BANNED ITEMS AND FORBIDDEN BEHAVIOUR LIST

No helmets: these can be stored in the cloakroom inside the venue against payment
No suitcases, duffle bags, large bags and backpacks over 10 litres are allowed. Smaller backpacks and bags can be stored in the cloakroom inside the venue against payment
No spray cans (mosquito repellents, deodorants, suntan lotions, etc.).
No stadium trumpets
It is forbidden to bring in or carry weapons, explosive material, pyrotechnic articles, smoke candles and flares
No Stones, knives or other pointed or cutting objects
No chains
No pepper spray
It is forbidden to bring in or carry narcotic drugs, poisons, toxic substances, flammable material
It is forbidden to access the venue and stay in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs
It is forbidden to bring in or sell inside the venue drinks and beverages in cans, glass bottles, metal flasks, or plastic bottles bigger than 0.5 l (only bottles smaller than 0.5 l and without cap are allowed)
It is forbidden to bring in animals of any kind and size
No selfie sticks and camera tripods
No umbrellas and sticks
No musical instruments
No laser pens and lights
No remote-controlled drones and airplanes
No audio/video recorder equipment
It is forbidden to bring in professional and semi-professional cameras; no videocameras, GoPro, iPads, tablets, power banks
It is forbidden to bring in bikes, skateboards, roller skates and overboards
It is forbidden to bring in tents and sleeping bags
It is forbidden to bring in all other offending objects
It is forbidden to display any material obstructing visibility to other spectators or interfering with emergency signs or which, in any case, proves to be an obstacle to escape routes to the exits
It is forbidden to carry out any kind of commercial activity which has not been previously authorised in writing by the event organiser
It is forbidden to act aggressively towards people inside the venue
It is forbidden to damage or tamper in any way with structures, infrastructures and facility equipment
It is forbidden to climb on balustrades, railings, partitions and other structures which are not meant for the audience
It is forbidden to stay both on access and exit paths and on any other escape route
Any person who is clearly in a state of drunkenness and/or is impaired for any other legitimate reason will be prevented from accessing the concert, although they might have a valid entrance ticket. People who will be in the above mentioned conditions during the event, causing nuisance or harassment to the audience, will be removed from the concert.
