Good premiere! The concert of Xavier Rudd at Transilvania in Milan, the over two hundred people present agreed: we are dealing with a new talent, an extraordinary and truly original musician.
The 28-year-old Australian goes out on stage alone, surrounded by percussion, didgaridoo, microphones and a guitar, putting on a great show. We had little trouble understanding why Xavier has already become an idol in his homeland.
Many of the songs performed in Milan are taken from his latest album Food in the bellyXavier's set, however, is characterised by a good dose of improvisation that often distorts the studio versions of his compositions.
