Joshua Radin

Born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Radin began his career in art, music and acting as a child. Radin graduated from Northwestern University in 1996. When his friend and actor Zach Braff heard a demo of the song "Winter," he was immediately impressed and had it played on the show Scrubs during the episode "My Neurosis. The song received very positive reviews and gave Radin incredible momentum. The other songs "Today," "Closer," "Don't Look Away," and "These Photographs" were broadcast in other episodes of the same show. Braff played the triangle in the song "Today. "From then on, Radin's songs were also broadcast on North Shore on FOX, and on Grey's Anatomy on ABC. His "Closer" also appeared in season 2, episode 5 "The Power of Pain," "The Fear You Won't Fall" appeared in season 2, episode 22 "The Rules of the Game," and his song "Sky" with Ingrid Michaelson was aired in season 4, episode 15 "Losing Your Head." His song "Star Mile" was the theme song for The Last Kiss. His "What If You" was chosen as the soundtrack to Catch and Release. Most recently, his new "The One You Knew" was featured on ABC's Eli Stone series and "Brand New Day" in Dr. House, season 5Joshua Radin's first full-length album was released in 2006 and is titled We Were Here. The album focuses on Indian folk/pop music. His song 'Everything'll Be Alright (Will's Lullabye)' is dedicated to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Radin admitted on a TV show Someone Else's Life was written for his girlfriend and tour partner, Schuyler Fisk.
