The standard bearers of Australian metalcore Parkway Drive land in Italy for a single date Italian; exceptional support from the Thy Art Is Murderwho are also in Italy for their only date in 2018, and the Emmure. I Parkway Drive are fresh from the world tour that accompanied the release of their fifth work Ire (Epitaph/Resist Records, 2015)which debuted at number one in Australia's best-selling albums chart. For singer Winston McCall, 'the new album is really full of anger. As a band, we don't pretend that everything is always going great. There are some hard truths that need to be revealed, and we're not afraid to do that'.
The show will be opened by the mix of deathcore and nu metal by the Americans Emmure, who after several line-up changes in 2017 released Look At Yourself. The task of warming up the audience before the headliners, however, is entrusted to the Thy Art Is Murder, now in its eleventh year and currently working on a split EP after the last The Depression Sessions of 2016.
