We regret to inform you that the concert of Don Brocoscheduled at the Serraglio in Milan for Saturday 26 May was postponed at the end of 2018 due to technical and tour schedule problems beyond our control. Tickets already purchased on the official circuits Vivaticket and Ticketone They will NOT be valid for the new date to be announced soon. You can, however, request the refund of entrance tickets already purchased no later than Sunday 10 June.
Below is the refund procedure for tickets purchased on Vivaticket:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made, on presentation of the ticket.
- Tickets purchased online: refunds can be requested at vivaticket.co.uk via the form in the section Cancellations and postponementsat the bottom of the homepage.

- Tickets purchased at a point of sale TicketoneThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the event venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier service: The customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than Sunday 10 June (the postmark will serve as proof) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Divisione I Commercio Elettronico).
