Jorge will be back in Italy as soon as possible, stay tuned. You can request the refund of admission tickets already purchased on official sales circuits Vivaticket, Ticketone and Do It Yourself no later than Tuesday 10 April.
Below is the refund procedure for tickets purchased on Vivaticket:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made, on presentation of the ticket.
- Tickets purchased online: refunds can be requested at vivaticket.co.uk via the form in the section Cancellations and postponementsat the bottom of the homepage.
Below is the refund procedure for tickets purchased on Ticketone:
- Tickets purchased at a point of sale TicketoneThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the event venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier serviceThe customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than Tuesday 10 April (the postmark will be taken as proof of the date of posting) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milan (C.A. Divisione I Commercio Elettronico).
