PUBLIC SERVICE BROADCASTING: TIN WOODMAN will be the support band in Italy

After last year's successful dates, the Public Service Broadcasting return to Italy for three dates: Thursday 22 November at the Serraglio in MilanFriday 23 November at the Parioli Theatre Club in Rome e Saturday 24 November at the Covo Club in Bologna. I tickets are available on official Ticketone and Vivaticket circuitsBe wary of unofficial sales channels! To gain access to the Milan concert you will need to present the ACSI card.

Opening the concerts on their Italian dates will be the Tin Woodman, a trio from Brescia born out of the collaboration between Simone Ferrari, Davide Chiari and Tin Woodman, a music-loving robot who survived an odyssey on the planet Wautah and landed on Earth, which gave its name to this musical project. The band's sound is a brilliant blend of the 80s glam, rock and electronic, embellished with 60s choruses. In 2017 they released their first EP entitled Metal Sexual Toy Boyfollowed by numerous live performances around the peninsula as a support band for artists such as Willy Peyote and A Toys Orchestra. The band is currently ready to release their first album entitled Azkadelliaforthcoming for Bello Records9 November 2018.

Speaking of headliners, the Public Service Broadcasting released on 26 October an EP - consisting of four tracks - entitled White Star Liner, a kind of concept recounting the glorious birth and tragic epilogue of one of the shipping company's best-known vessels, the cruise ship Titanic.

Willgoose, Esq. of Public Service Broadcasting revealed: 'I thought it might be interesting to tell the story of the ship. Its construction was a source of pride for Belfast industry, because it represented the incredibly optimistic spirit of the pre-war years. And this is intended to be, with the utmost respect, the narrative of the ship's tragic sinking (represented in the EP by the distress call in Morse code C - Q - D) and the discovery of the wreck in 1985".

After appearing on the stages of Spring Sound, BBC Biggest Weekende All Points East, i Public Service Broadcastinghad quite a busy summer as headliners of Larmer Tree, Leopallooza & Green Man. And now they are ready for their winter tour, which, before the Italian dates, will see them perform in the UK with one date, among many others, immediately sold out at London's prestigious Royal Albert Hall.
