A little less than a month after the only Italian date of Queen + Adam Lambertscheduled for Friday 10 November at the Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno (BO)), a new opportunity for Italian fans, who will be able to purchase strictly nominal tickets also on the official circuit of sale DO IT YOURSELF. Admission tickets, for a maximum of 4 tickets per buyer, can be booked on www.diyticket.it or by calling 892.369* and paid for and collected at over 40,000 SisalPay Points, including bars, tobacconists and newsagents throughout Italy (to find the nearest SisalPay Point: http://locator.sisal.com). For each ticket, you must indicate the name of the person who will actually attend the concert.
We would also like to remind you, as already mentioned when the date was announced, that, when the nominal ticket for their concerts, Barley Arts Promotion would like to ensure that those who are unable to attend can transfer their ticket to another person so that they can attend the performance. To do so, please follow the procedure described below.
Regardless of the circuit on which the ticket was purchased, only one change of name per ticket will be possible e only during the time period communicated by the organiser (always close to the event). In the case of the Italian concert of Queen + Adam LambertSpecifically, the change of name will be possible from Monday 9 October to Sunday 5 November.
For tickets purchased through Ticketone (both website and sales outlets) you will need to access the www.barleyarts.com and click on the section Name change. At this point, you must select the event from the drop-down menu and fill in the form in all its partswithout forgetting the order number.

In all cases, in order to gain access to the concert (whether already in possession of a paper ticket or if the ticket has to be collected at the venue), the new ticket holder must go to the dedicated desk at the box office with the original ticket, his or her identity document and the change of name receipt, which will be sent by email to the user once the request has been confirmed.
Access to the concert may be denied in the absence of a valid identity document (identity card, driving licence or passport).
