ALBERT ENO to open CHARLIE WINSTON's Milan concert in April

The English singer-songwriter Charlie Winston will be in Italy next Saturday 16 February at the Serraglio in Milan to present his latest album, Square1which was released last October. To enter the concert you will need to present the ACSI card together with the tickets, available on the Vivaticket and Ticketone (online and point of sale).

Opening his Milan concert will be Albert Eno, musician from Veneto and voice of the Kismet, who made his solo debut in 2018. With his band he boasts two UK tours and a tour of Germany in support of Marianne Mirage. For this live show, we will see him in an intimate key, guitar and voice, grappling with sounds inspired by American folk songs.

The career of Charlie Winston starts early: he plays bass in Feather And Stone, brother's album Tom Baxterand performs with him in London theatre productions. His first solo album, the self-produced Make Way(2007), received good critical acclaim and gave him the opportunity to open the concerts of Peter Gabriel during the 2007 European tour. Public success came two years later, when Winston public Hobo (Real World Records, 2009)which was a resounding success in France: with more than 400,000 copies sold, it went triple platinum and reached number one in the charts. In 2015, he came to Italy for two dates to present his Curio Citynow is the time to replicate with Square 1, an English expression alluding to starting from scratch, in which Charlie he picks up on recurring themes in his albums, from the art of living to more committed topics such as political refugees.
