Stu Larsen has been wandering the world with his guitar for the past seven years without stopping anywhere. Along the way he met his friend Mike Rosenberg (in art Passenger) and the two have consolidated their partnership over three years of touring together, travelling through Australia, North America, the UK and Europe.
The Australian singer-songwriter is coming to Italy this spring for two dates: 12 April in Trieste at Tetris and 15 April in Segrate (MI) at Circolo Magnolia.
To his credit, Stu Larsen has the ep "Ryeford"released in 2011 and recorded in the rural atmosphere of an abandoned farm in Queensland in the company of friends Luke Thompson e Tim Hart. With the help of guitars, banjo and ukulele, the trio gave shape to a handful of songs with a folk essence, consisting of Larsen and inspired by life on the road and the difficulty of long-distance relationships.
On tour breaks with PassengerAlso, Stu Larsen also found time to share the stage with another trusted friend, the Japanese harmonica player Natsuki Kurai. The pair have just released a five-track acoustic ep and embarked on an intense 16-show tour of the UK and Europe in just 19 days.
The beginning of 2014 will see the release of the first full album by Stu Larsenforthcoming for Warnerin addition to which the artist will continue his tireless live activity in the four corners of the globe.
