The duo The Cyborgs returns with a new bluesy ride taken from the album of the same name (INRI, 2011): "Cyborgs Boogie". The single will be accompanied by the release of the video clip shot by Roberto "Saku" Cinardi.
The version of the song used for the synchronisation of the images is the more acidic version of 'Cyborg Boogie Reprise', which is why the band chose to make both versions available for radio rotation. Two identities for the band's anthemic track, with its unhinged but sustained pace.
The news about the masked duo doesn't end here. About a year after its Italian release, the album will also be distributed in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland and Belgium by Rude Records (www.ruderecorz.com), starting on 18 May.
The best way to celebrate an amazing year. From opening for Jeff Beck, Eric Sardinas and Johnny Winter to appearing at Eurosonic, the Cyborgs have never stopped. A short break from concerts only for the month of May, and then a summer tour in June.
Few Italian bands have played as much as them in the last six months, but many, including a few illustrious colleagues, have found themselves fans.
"Keep on", for the jury of centre among Italian club managers and artistic directors, awarded The Cyborgs' tour as the best of the year.
This summer's tour will once again cross the Italian borders and travel to Germany, Switzerland, Holland and even across the Atlantic to Canada.
