We regret to inform you that the two Italian shows of the The Pretenders planned for the 13 and 14 July in Gardone Riviera and Rome are CANCELLED due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Barley Arts Promotion and locations.
Cthose who have already bought tickets for the two concerts can request their refund in the following manner:
- Tickets purchased at a Ticketone or Vivaticket point of saleThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier service: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the address TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).
The deadlines for claims are set as follows:
- Gardone Riviera: no later than 30 July
- Rome: no later than 2 August
