By popular demand, Tom Odell adds a second date in Italy to his tour in addition to the already announced one on Wednesday 19 July 2023 at the Anfiteatro del Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera (BS), on the occasion of the Tener-a-mente festival. The new date is set for Thursday 20 July at the Arena Alpe Adria in Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD). Tickets for the new concert will be on sale on Ticketone from Friday 3 March, while those for Gardone are already available on Ticketone and on AmphitheatreDelVittoriale.it.
Odell has been in the spotlight since he was 21, the age at which he released his debut album Long Way Down, which went all the way to the top of the world charts thanks to Another Love - the single that was recently given new life thanks to viral posts on TikTok - and a Brit Award. Now 32 years old, it is clear to Odell that the maelstrom that swirled around him in his early days gave rise to a work ethic that eventually became an obsession. This peaked in September 2019, when Odell travelled to Los Angeles to record Monsters. "The chronic anxiety I'd had for a couple of years got worse: I woke up one morning and couldn't make music anymore." To fix the situation, Odell flew home to his parents and began his healing process, which took the form of his last two works, monsters and Best Day of My Life.
