A FREE TICKET FOR THOSE WHO WERE AT GOV'T MULE IN MILAN - DETAILS AND CONSIDERATIONS

ABOUT GOV'T MULE AND THE INITIATIVE TO RECEIVE A FREE TICKET ... Here are the details:
Initiative and considerations after the protests over the acoustics of the 10 July Gov't Mule concert in Milan.

1) we chose the area called Agora' instead of Palco used on other occasions because it allowed better visibility for those present
2) the choice was acoustically wrong due to structural issues in the space that we evidently did not adequately consider
3)I apologise personally and on behalf of Barley Arts and Officine Creative Ansaldo for this mistake
4)Ticket holders for the Gov't Mule concert staged last 10 July in Milan will have the chance to gain free access (subject to availability) to one of the three concerts that Deep Purple will hold in Italy between 21 and 24 July 2013 or to a one-night-only concert organised by Barley Arts between 1 September and 20 December 2013 in Italy.
To take advantage of this possibility, the following procedure must be followed:
-1) Make a reservation for the chosen concert by sending an email no later than 24 hours before the show date to [email protected], stating your name and surname and attaching a legible scan of your Gov't Mule ticket.
-2) Once you have received the confirmation from Barley Arts, you will have to go to the box office of the venue on the day of the concert, presenting the ticket of the 10/7/13 Gov't Mule concert and a valid ID. Those who have followed these simple steps correctly will have their Gov't Mule ticket exchanged for a free ticket.

Those who show up with a ticket without having made a reservation will not be able to take advantage of the facilitation.

No one is perfect but I can assure you that I am very sorry and that as always I will be even more careful in the future but only the doer makes mistakes...

The important thing is to recognise it and try to partially remedy it.
