- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the event venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier serviceThe customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than Monday 30 July (the postmark will serve as proof) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A.
