Due to the storm of rain and lightning that hit Sesto San Giovanni (MI) was cancelled the concert of Vintage Trouble scheduled for last night, Wednesday 27 July, at Bridge crane.
Refund arrangements for those who purchased tickets for the concert in advance are as follows:
- Tickets purchased from a Ticketone or Vivaticket sales outletThe refund may be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with collection at the event venueThe refund will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier serviceThe customer must send the tickets by registered mail with return receipt no later than 30 July 2016 (the postmark will serve as proof) to the address Ticketone S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Divisione Commercio Elettronico).
The deadlines for reimbursement requests are set strictly by no later than 10 August 2016.
