The confirmations of theAlpen Flairthe festival held every year in Natz (BZ)after the announcement of the Black Stone Cherry on 23 June, today the Volbeat confirm their presence as headliners at the 21 Juneaccompanied by the Baroness and the other bands being confirmed that will take turns on stage during the day.
I Volbeat are a Danish band that fuses typical metal sounds with a rockabilly singing style. Formed in 2001, they released their first album, The Strength/The Sound/The Songs in 2005, and the second, Rock The Rebel/Metal The Devil which, in March 2007, led them to be the first metal band to reach number one in the Danish sales charts. Their music incorporates various musical styles, including groove metal, hard rock, heavy metal, blues rock, rockabilly, especially in the musical style, and in some cases punk rock and country rock. They are considered one of Denmark's most important and promising rock bands.
I Baroness formed in 2003 in Savannah, Georgia, and debuted with their very personal mix of sludge and heavy metal with Red Albumfrom 2007. The band is currently at work on its fifth album, currently untitled.
