Yoko Yamada, comedian born in Brescia to an Italian mother and Japanese father, kicks off her first comedy tour after the successes of 2023: finalist at Italy's Got Talent (Disney+) and winner of the prestigious Forte dei Marmi Satire Festival such as best stand-up comedian.
Ended a 2023 that also saw her star in the opening of the shows of Alessandro Cattelan He always waved in the biggest theatres and arenas in Italy, Yamada is ready to bring all its irony back to the stage with Mary Poppins and the Deathly Hallows, a show that deals with themes such as temptation, work, cartoons and fear. Fear of trying. Because you can't fail if you don't try, right? An almost natural evolution of the artistic path traced with the previous show, but with a less familiar and more personal and intimate dimension. Yamada He discovered stand-up comedy in 2017 and started participating in the first open mic nights. From then on, he never wants to get off the stage again. In the summer of 2020 he brings his first comedy show to the stage Pizza on ice cream and participated in the first of two consecutive seasons on Comedy Central (Stand up Comedy e Stand up Comedy Rehab).
He currently lives in Venice, where he studies his father's language at university.
